Well, any jacket with the same sized zipper should work. My old REI LT Thermo fleece is compatible (and comfy) with my brand new Oakley Wing Man jacket. Most standard TNF fleeces (Denali etc) should be fine. Look at the sixth closeup view, the one of the inner pocket. In it you can see the zip-in zipper. If your fleece's zipper is the same, you're good.
