I just bought a pair of the Volkl Aura 170cm skis. My question is where to mount the bindings. There are three marks on the ski - Boot Center 0, +1, and +2. I will be putting Marker Squire bindings on. I am 5'11", and weigh 135 lbs. Any help is appreciated!

this is always a tricky question. Boot Center is always the safest option. Offsetting 1-2cm towards the tip will help in the park and/or powder as it keeps your center of balance more over the center of the ski. Moving towards the tail 1-2cm generally aids with carving and probably isn't recommended for these skis. I used to have an Atomic Beta Ride ski with a binding that allowed you to slide the binding forward/back 3-4cm for different conditions. Occasionally I would forget to set the binding for that day and wonder why I was skiing poorly until I realized that I was powder mode while skiing groomers Hope this helps
