I'm almost the same height and weight as you. I've bought a small one. The lower part is very tight. It make me uncomfortable. Please go for a MEDIUM.

I'd say you could go Small or Med. I'm 5'9'', 150 and bought the Med. It was a little bigger than I thought. Good for layering over a couple other layers, but borderline too big for just a baselayer underneath. Depends on how you want to layer with it.

Sounds lik you'd want a small. I am 5'10" and 170 lbs and wear the medium and it fits me just right.

Personally, I would go small, but I like my jackets more form fitting. I'm 5'10" and 135 lbs and I have two marmot jackets that are both smalls and they both fit great!
