What size would be recommended for a NorthFace Aleutian sleeping bag (24 cm x 46 cm)?

The Aleutian is 8" x 17" stuffed. I would go with the 15L.

12L or 15L... If I were you, I'd go 15L as I hate when the bag I'm stuffing in is just a hair too small for the sleeping bag. Plus, as the difference is less than an ounce and $3, it isn't a huge weight/dollar investment for something slightly larger.
