thanks, it sure does help. I have the Vinson in Medium and like it except it's a tad tight across the shoulders (and the funky topographic map graphics are not so good). 5' 11" 175 broadish shoulders for those looking at sizing. My Alchemy in Large is a perfect fit.

rya. It is the new version of the Vinson Jacket. Literally the same jacket with slight updates such as ski features and colored zips. The face fabric and the insulation is the same. I hope this info helps!
