I am considering these boots to replace some 10 year old Salomons with superfeet insoles and I am wondering if anyone could tell me if it would be appropriate to continue to use my existing insoles in these boots. Any feedback would be welcome.

If your Superfeets are also 10 years old, they are probably dead. I would try the boots without new insoles first. They have good arch support built in. If you feel you still need Superfeets, grab a new pair.
