Is this a High Effecientcy detergent. If not, what would you recommend for washing down in HE washing machines?

Feel free to use the Down Wash in HE machines. HE machines require HE detergent for normal clothes washing. You should NOT use regular HE detergent with down clothing. It will wash the natural, essential oils off of the down and reduce the insulating power.
