So, I'm 6' and weigh 190. I'm not sure if I sould go for the regular size or long. I like to have a little wiggle room when sleeping but don't need too much... I'm not sure how snug the regular is and if it would be worth just getting the long?? Whats my best bet?

Luke, Alot of folks go for the long so that they'll have room in the bottom for water bottles, boot liners, extra clothes, etc., to protect them from freezing. If you'll be using this bag on multi-day trips, that might be something you want to consider. As far as the fit of the regular, I'm about the same size and can fit into a regular Mtn Hdwe bag, however, I haven't tried the Phantom in particular
