This bag is not a carry on. Dimensions for carry-on max at 22" length (or 18" for international) and this bag is 25". Look into the Vector 22 or the Vector 18...

3600cu is 60L, meaning that you might be able to get away with it on international flights, but everyone will hate you for being "that guy." I would recommend looking for something around 40L to fit in an overhead bin. That's 2400cu
