Jonah, I'm 5'7" and 155 lbs, the medium is a perfect fit for me. I'd def shoot for a Large.

I'm 5'8" 165 and med was just too tight in the chest for me. It was ok if I just had a t-shirt underneath, but not with a t-shirt plus a thin fleece layer. I went with the large but I do need to cinch up the waist cords a bit.
