Does the hood zip off the jacket. Also can the fleece liner zip into jacket. Are there snaps for the sleeves at the cuffs to attach fleece into jacket.

The hood is fixed, the liner does zip in, but I cannot be sure on the cuff snaps. Usually with these kinds of jackets have cuff snaps though.
