What degree weather does this keep you warm in? I live in Minnesota and the winters get pretty chilly.

This jacket is a good insulating piece for skiing (with a shell over it) probably at about 25-35 degrees. If you are moving (fast walking or running, backcountry skiing) for me it would keep me warm from 0-20.
