I'm in between sizes. I'm a size 10 or 28. You only have half sizes. Would it be better to go up a half size or down a half size?

whole sizes and half sizes have the same shell size, the only difference is the liners go try a 27.5 and if it fits, go with it and it will pack out almost a half size hope this helps
