What i would do is attach the ski boots to bindings and then put the skis on the pack that way you could carry your ski boots, this pack will easily fit snow boots on the way down

No. This and the 22L pack is made more for skinning and such and has enough room for layers, food, and your avy gear. If you want to snowshoe up in hiking boots and then switch into ski boots at the top, I'd check out the Kode 38. That would have more room for ski boot storage.
