does the fleece lining exist in the sleeves as well?, and what size should i get, im 5 foot 8 inches, and roughly 130 lbs, and how low does the waist go compared to the sleeves, im worried that the waist will be too high for a comfortable fit.

The sleeves are indeed fleece lined as well. As for fit I don't know as I'm not familiar with you weight/height but I went with the larger of the two sizes that fit me and it fits great. It's long but doesn't feel like it is which I love.
