Is this jacket warm enough for a cold Colorado ski day? It would be layered with something else of course. I am just wondering how well the fabric cuts the wind and cold. Also, I went into a few stores looking for one to try on and I could only find a Large which was tight and the arms were too short. The Large in both the Flexium and Exposure fit great though. I am 6'5" 210lbs with a medium build and long arms. Anybody have any insight as to whether an XL might fit with a little room to layer underneath?

Brin. If you layered with something underneath it would be perfect for a cold Colorado ski day. The DryQ Elite fabric used in this piece is completely windproof, waterproof, breathable, and air permeable. It represents advancement in shell technology and performance and I think will work perfectly for your needs. The XL is your size in this particular jacket due to fit characteristic of this jacket. I hope this info helps!
