Do these pants have a "snow skirt" at the bottom of the leg that act like a built-in gaiter? I have a pair of old mission 6 pants that I am looking to replace. Please see attached photo.

You are in luck as they do have built in gaiters at the bottom of the leg. This style of pant utilizes The North Face StretchVent™ gaiter with gripper elastic on the bottom of each leg.
