Hey there! I am looking to purchase this jacket, but am not sure if I should get a M or L... I am about 5'10 and a lean 140 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

With your height it's hard to say. Have you checked out the sizing chart under the price yet? It looks like there is a 2" difference in sleeve length between the M and L, which will probably be the most pertinent measurement for you at your height.
