I was hoping someone would be able to suggest a size for me....

I was hoping someone would be able to suggest a size for me. I'm 5'9, 145 lbs, and an expert skier. I prefer skiing trees, but like to have a ski that can handle the groomers. I can't decide between the 169 and the 179. Does it ski short due to the rocker?

Dylan, This ski does ski a little shorter because of the rocker but not as much as bigger skis like the Obsethed. Your dimensions kinda put you right in the middle of the sizing. I would suggest getting the 179 and mounting it a little bit closer to the center at like a 4 or a 5 on the K2 sidewall chart. Mounting it more forward will make it easier to turn in the trees but still give you the length for the groomers.
