Just wondering is someone can help me. I fall in the "White" area of the CW-X sizing chart, not the grey. I am 5'6" and weigh 180lbs and a 32inch waist. Very muscular, fairly big legs. I was going to go with the medium, but don't know if that will have enough compression. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Richard- The tights themselves do a great job accommodating a wide range of body types and they will stretch outwards to fit larger legs and calves well. However, the height is the important factor. I would recommend a size medium for you. I bet the tights will fit correctly between your knee and your waist. However you may have some extra length at your ankle which is not a big deal at all. Good luck.

Hopefully a dude will help out w/this question... Till then, I can tell you I'm kinda in the same deparment. XS by height and in the XS grey area by weight. My thighs (21")/calves(15") are more muscular than the average lady, so I decided to order both and try them on. I kid you not that there is no way I could've fit my calves, let alone my thighs in the XS. The small felt v.snug the first few runs, and have stretched out a touch after ~50 miles run. Even if I could've fit into the xs, the truth is that I'm not sure I would've wanted them that snug for my long distance running. Hopefully a guy will respond as well - I'm sure their measurements will help a touch more.
