Can i use this as a mid layer? I have a compression under armor and also one CW-X base layer, is it a good combo to then use this Arcteryx RHO ltw as mid layer under a Arcteryx Mako Jacket?....and what size should i get ...i am 6.0 and 180 lbs

This merino piece is a great midlayer. Merino breathes well and doesn't stink like a lot of the synthetic fabrics. As far as size goes, I would probably for for a med or large depending on how you like the fit for a midlayer.
