Does the fit run more like their shells or insulated jackets?
I wear a small in shells such as the Theta SV and the Alpha SV. But I wear a medium in the Atom.
I don't assume I will be layering much besides a midweight 200gms or less fleece.
I am 6'0 135lbs, 33" sleeve.

I just bought a Khuno in medium. I'm 5'8", 180 lbs., store salesmen called me barrel chested but that's their opinion. I wore it for several days and it was fine as long as I was standing up. However, when I sat down and took a long trip in my car, it was very uncomfortable around my waist and the bottom zipper kept sliding up. Furthermore, there was no room for layering, except for a very light fleece shirt. I took it back and exchanged it for a large, much better fit and room for some layering, if necessary. Sleeves seem slightly longer but I adjusted it with velcro tabs and its fine!! My other Arcteryx coats have also been large size. Not sure why I tried medium this time, must be getting old!! Dave C

The Khuno has a relaxed fit, which is going to be roomier than either the Alpha SV or the Theta SV. Sounds like you definitely want a small instead of a medium.
