Yet Another Ski Size Question!
5'11 - 225lb., intermediate/advanced skier on groomed surfaces, venturing into more off-piste skiing.
I'm currently skiing on a Dynastar Sultan 85, 178cm long.

The 183 will work fine and be more versatile for you, plus it would be a shock to the system to jump from 178 to 192. Stability will not be an issue.
