Does this one come with the mesh lining? and how would u compare it with Arc'teryx Alpha SL Pullover Jacket in terms of durability and waterproofing...I am looking for something that can keep my body dry and breathing for a long time...You can suggest other brands too....Thanks

As far as breathability, it has pit zips. That has been the best feature for me at maintaining breathability.

Arc'teryx doesn't use the hung mesh liners in it's jackets-too bulky. For a waterproof jacket that breathes well, is light and durable, check ones made with the GoreTex Proshell- Alpha LT, Beta AR are good places to start. Or for lighter, but slightly less durable the GoreTex Active shell, like a Beta FL. The only difference between the Alpha SL jacket and pullover is the styling-fabric and performance are identical.
