Does Anybody make a backback, around 48L (not the Dakine Poacher) that has a dedicated snowbord carry? I need on that size for overnight splitboarding missions.

The Arc'teryx Arrakis comes in a 50L and it has a dedicated vertical snowboard carry.

Hey there, you might be tough pressed to find one only "specifically" for snowboarding, especially in that size... You could try the Arc'teryx Miura 50... I personally use my Osprey Argon 110 when splitboarding since I can carry in ski mode or together (horizontal)...
