I wear a Smith platform (Sz Large) Helmet, will these googles fit properly and not cover my nose ??

These goggles will fit your helmet just fine. They shouldn't cover your nose too much. If you have a very small face/nose you might try a smaller goggle but for most people these are totally fine.
