rya. You know, I am not sure quite what they are suggesting with that description. The Snowpocalypse Pant never had suspenders and don't have attachment points for them anyway. They do however have velcro (hook and loop) tabs on the side that allow you to micro adjust the waist as needed. Perhaps that is the meaning. I hope this info helps!
