So what is the height off the ski of the top of the plate where the binding is mounted. I keep seeing claims of low stand height but never any numbers related to it.

The ALLTIME system adds only 10mm to your stack height. With the alpine binding it's about 10mm lower overall than the Duke and 16 or more lower than the Freeride. Pretty substantial difference -- for skiing but also for touring / side-hilling stability.

I don't know the exact numbers but it is only a few millimeters. It is a very small number and a very low stack height. If i were to venture a guess from eyeballing it on memory I would say about 3mm. It really is very low.
