I'm 6'4, 185, 41 inch chest, is there any size of this jacket that will fit me properly? It seems that the medium will be too short and the large will be too baggy.

I'd suggest going Large or XL. This is a trim fit jacket designed to be layered and worn alone. I'm 5'11 170 and I prefer a Lge in this, but medium in almost every other Arc'teryx jacket.
