I'm wondering what size to buy? I'm 6'4" tall, 165lbs, with super-long arms and legs (high waist). Large or Medium? On another store's review section someone with my measurements said Medium was perfect. I really don't care to have any significant layers underneath this, and will most likely wear this jacket alone (with only a bikini top underneath).

Please help me, I only have 12 more hours left until I buy this!

I'm 6'2" and 170lbs so we're close in size. I tried the medium, large and XL and while the large appeared to be the best fit for my torso (to minimize air gaps between me and the garment to prevent air transfer), the arms felt just a bit short so I went with the XL. I'm glad I did because the fit is casual looking for around-town, but gives me a little room inside to pair it with a Patagonia Down Sweater Vest as a mid-layer for sub-zero/teen temps in the mountains.

LARGE. The medium will look like a crop top on you....

Go with large. It's very fitted and stretchy. The large will fit you great.
