How does this jacket compare to the Patagonia down sweater, as far as fit goes? I am 5'8, 160 and wear a small Patagonia. It fits snug but better than the medium. I would be looking for a similar fit.

Medium in OR. Patagonia has all their clothes kinda randomly big. I'm the same size as you and you're most definitely a medium.
