My daughter in Minnesota needs a down coat for winter. She is 5'2", about 118 lbs, on top about a size 2, on the bottom a size 2-4. Would you advise the XS or the S?
Also, do the sleeves have cuffs to keep out cold, and what about pockets?

I know this was posted awhile ago, but at 110 lbs and a size 2 top, I tried the XS in this and it fits but is tight enough that it doesn't allow for a heavy sweater or fleece underneath. Just a heads up.

XS for sure. she will love this. the sleeves do have velcro cuffs and will seal nicely on a pair of gloves. the side pockets are generous and a great place to stow the hands away from the cold
