They are available now at http://www.backcountry.com/dynafit-ski-stopper-tlt-vertical-comfort-crampon. The brake is the same as the Vertical model. They are interchangeable. The Radical bindings are coming into the US with a sliding AFD plate, but Dynafit does not have that available.
