I, like many others seem to be debating the length on these (184 vs 192):

Sorry for the somewhat duplicate question. I've read all the other questions/responses regarding this issue and have a good idea of what the general verdict is going to be. But if anyone similar with personal experience can indulge to comment on my specifics, it would be appreciated.

I'm 6'0". 190+lbs. Used to be an expert level skiier but have been mostly snowboarding the last decade (now retired =P ). I love to ski fast. And i love to ski pow. But life makes it unlikely that I'll be chasing storms around BC this winter. I will most definitely have some deep days (at Whistler and Revelstoke) when I won't regret for a second having the 192's. But I'm worried they'll be too large to be nimble in the tracked out trees and high speed groomers I'll have to contend with (at Big White... which is certainly a more quaint resort) the other 1/2 the time.

Thanks!

To answer your follow up questions, I'm still an advanced level skier. Just maybe not "expert" anymore. My fitness level is good and though I haven't been skiing much the last few years, I`ve still logged a lot of hours on hill. Currently I wouldn't hesitate to ski anywhere in bounds at any resort I've ever been to. I might just take a safer route around large drops Id have hit without thinking in my younger days. And my only experience with rockered skis was one day on 185 Armada JJ`s last spring on hardpack and groomers at whistler. Never had the pleasure of riding a pair in powder. Although I will say the 185 JJ`s were absurdly managable on the hard stuff and messing around in the trees at run`s edge. I was very pleasantly surprised. So, I`m definitely leaning towards the 192s. I guess I`m just struggling with the awareness that 192 would be an absolutely silly size in a traditional ski. And quite frankly, if it weren`t for everone everywhere saying these things ski so crazy short, I`d have probably bought the 184s without a second thought.

2 questions: What do you estimate as your skiing level going into this season? Have you ever skis on rockered skis? Guessing 192 will be best fit. Skied a couple days at Big White back in the mid 90s, great snow!
