How does this shoe compare with the Raptor, they look like a similar sole, but the Raptor looks a lot more breathable.

So I bought the raptor, it turns out that despite having the same sole as the epic it is not as stiff as the epic. This is due to a stiffer midsole in the epic than the raptor. The Epic and raptor also do not have the same rubber in the outsole, the epic rubber is stiffer. I like the Raptor, but I would prefer the Epic and will probably buy a pair well before the Raptor's wear out.
