I'm 6'0" and 160 lb and have a 35 " chest measurement. What size of this jacket would you recommend?

Well, you should probably go with a small because of your chest size. This jacket has a 30" center back for Medium, which translates generally to a 28-29" for small, so you should be fine. If you want it to layer some seriously puffy stuff underneath, or just lots of layers, go with a medium.
