I have a DaKine hydration bladder that came with my Dakine mtn. bike bag. It works perfect for any DaKine bag that takes a bladder, and I know you can buy the bladder/hose on it's own.

Camelback, Cabelas, etc. Any hydration system smaller than 3L should fit just fine.

Most systems fit pretty well in those packs, they design it to be pretty versatile.

I have used camelbak in mine. It fits a little weird at first but you soon forget about it.
