I'm trying to decide whether to get this jacket in a medium or small. I don't want it to be too baggy. How much larger is this medium than a North Face/REI type jacket?

Im 5'6 140 lbs and bought this in a small, fits really big even at that! I wear Arcteryx jackets in Medium and this is bigger than those are.
