Any ballpark guesses on what temp. range this pant would keep the legs warm in, say with no baselayer(just as a reference). I'm guessing maybe 40 degrees?

I have a pair of these and with no baselayers, standing still i would say 30s. active, 20's. Just by adding a baselayer though I would shave another 10 degrees off. I used them this year snowshoeing around 25 degrees with a merino baselayer and it was a bit too warm while active.
