Take them to a shoe repair place. The guy will cut the treads off (approximately 1/4") and glue on a new vibram sole. Cost for 2 boots was under $50 I believe. Much cheaper than buying a new pair at $300. Unless your boot structure is totally shot. I've resoled one pair twice, and the boots themselves are still going strong.

You would likely want to send them back to sportiva to have them resoled. If your boots are that worn out though it is probably worth replacing the whole boot.
