Is there a hem cinch cord and adjustable Velcro cuffs for this jacket?

There are no cinch cords on the hem- the jacket does fit snugly against your waste/hips without one (though not in any way uncomfortable). There are also no velcro cuffs- again nice and snug especially with a fleece or gloves on underneath.
