What is the difference between the Venta AR and the Venta SV? I am looking for a solid but not too warm soft shell jacket that is good for the moist, sometimes windy days when I walk in the Northwest.

They are similar in materials and craftsmanship. The SV has a few more features, obviously it has the hood, it also has pit zips (nice feature) and is cut a bit longer. Hope this helps
