I own the Prana Bliss Pant and love it. Is this the same pant? These pants look similar. How is the Mara different from the Bliss?

The bliss is a quick dry stretch nylon. These pants are a stretch Poly yoga pant fabric. The Mara fabric is softer and stretchier, the nylon in the Bliss makes it a little more durable.
