Moises- Based on your weight and Waist size, I would recommend a large. Anything smaller may fit too tight in the hips and waist. For hot temperatures, I would also recommend looking at the CW-X ventilator Tight and Ventilator Short. Those styles have strategically placed mesh venting panels that help cool hot areas of the leg, quad, and calf. Good luck!
