Does anybody know what temperature range this coat is good for? is it suitable for minus tempuratures celsius??

absolutely. it is 700 fill power down and lined with OmniHeat... making this a sleeping bag with sleeves. I have the Men's version and it worked well at an event in -35F... of course, nearly everywhere else i was cold.
