Are these nets permethrin treated (as per WHO recommendations)? What are the dimensions of the stuff sack (when stuffed)?

These are no longer permethrin treated as of earlier this year. You can treat them with Sawyer's repellent (not avail. at backcountry). That stuff will last up to six washes and since most people aren't washing their net, it should last a long time.
