the above product states that it is for a campagnolo cassette. my question is: will a dura ace 10-speed cassette fit? how about a sram red 10 speed cassette?

No, this wheel has a Campy hub and you will need to use a Campy cassette. These wheels are also offered with a Shimano hub, but at this time they are out of stock.
