I am actually size small, really slim, BUT got this raincoat in medium, and it fits very well. I risked it, because was not sure - some of the raincoats I had tried were more generous, when a medium woul dbe HUGE on me, and some seemed simmer cut, - I think this one is one of those.

Stick with the medium and you'll be fine.
