Does anyone have any input on the comfort and sizing of this product for a petite girl like me... 5', about 115#, 25" waist...I'm worried that it won't fit snug....

Well I will answer my OWN question here...I bought it and it fits GREAT! Probably wouldn't fit very snug at 23 inches but I have no complaints at all about this.
