What is the difference between this hat and the OR Peruvian hat?

The OR Peruvian hat is 2 layers of fleece with the Windstopper in the middle. The North Face Hat is Polartec 300 with a windstopper liner fabric. So the big difference is the OR hat has nice, soft fuzzy fleece next to your head.
